PDFin provides a library of class based financial
functions for Clarion for Windows. Originally released in December of
1994, PDFin provides developers with functions and
calculators for
constant and variable cash flow analysis (Present Value, Future Value,
Payment, Periods, and Rate with payments in advance or arrears, Internal
Rate of Return, and Net Present Value), interest, API, amortization, and
days duration based on a 360 day calendar.

Calculator windows may all be customized and translated at run time.
Calculators may be called with one line of code and may optionally return
the fields used in the calculations and, where relevant, queues used or
created. Special features include rounding options and optional display of
      data error messages.

An application Extension Template automates including the financial
functions within a Clarion Template based program. Code templates are
provided for each function; these may be applied to body or procedure
      routine embed points.
