CapeSoft Forums is a sample application which provides forum functionality on the web. It is supplied as source code.

The goal with writing this software was to provide both an example of what NetTalk can do, and also to create a highly-interactive forums site. Because it makes use of modern browser functionality, it it a lot faster than most of the forum software currently available on the web.

CapeSoft Forums source code requires the following products in order to compile.

• Clarion 9
• NetTalk 8
• xFiles
• Cryptonite
• StringTheory
• File Manager 3
• GPF Reporter
• Hyperactive
• Winevent

The application is provided in source code format (app & dct) and the source code may not be distributed to other people. However the resultant EXE created with the source code can be distributed, without restriction, royalty free.

Limited user documentation for the product is available here.

Because of the nature of source code, and the infinite ways in which it can be tweaked and used, source code is supplied on an "as-is" basis. We welcome bug reports, however the amount of advice and assistance we will be able to supply, with regard to customizing the code, is very limited.

Tip: For most forum sites you do not need to register, or login, to read posts. Click on the Recent Posts menu item to see recent posts in the forums.

The price of the source code is $499. It is available for purchase from ClarionShop.

The source code is compatible with clarion 9 only.
